Shipping Information:

   Orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery, in case of **back ordering  please allow 7-10 business days

for delivery.    

Shipping is flat $8.00 no matter if you order 1 item or 100+ items.

If its a group order we will send the whole package to one address.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will be USPS Priority Mail @ the 8.00 shipping fee.

USPS Priority Mail will be used for Canadian orders but please contact us first to verify shipping fee.

International orders will be shipped USPS Priority mail for a flat fee of 37.00 (US) up to 20 pounds total

package weight.

Any other shipping alternatives or where bouts again contact us.

Samples & Returns:

Sometimes its tough to choose the right piece(s) for the project so to keep returns down

we suggest sample ordering one of each piece you prefer.

After viewing, keep what you like then send back the rest as they were received within 20 days for credit

minus shipping.

If a reorder is made from the sample order we waive the shipping on the turn around.

All credits will be added and issued after the final orders sent.

We hope with sample ordering we can cut down on returns due to Manufactures 25% restocking fees,

(No Restock Fee applies to samples returned, but will apply on orders without).

**back ordering: We will notify client by phone or e-mail in this case before running the order through.

Please allow average 7-10 business days for delivery.

We have a 20 day return policy from receipt on all orders with conditions stated above.
